Dried chilies are made from natural red chilies, which are harvested mutually or by machine in Cuu Long Delta, Western Vietnam. After that, chilies are transferred to manufacturing workshop to clean and dry by a heater or by sun light, until the moisture reaches 14% as ISO standard or as requested by customers. Dried chilies have stems or without stems in processing stage. The drying stage is ensured the safety and food hygiene before packing. Phu Hai Minh dried chilies have no prohibited preservation additives and artificial food color.
Dried chilies are spicy and hot, help to warm up stomach and support digestion system. They have many types of vitamins such as vitamin C, B2, B6, A, E, Niacin, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Fiber, beta-Carotene, Bioflavonoids – an anti-oxygen agent, helps to reduce rate of having cancer. Moreover, chilies contain Capsaicin, stimulates brain to produce more endorphin, which helps to kill pain.
Dried chilies are used as spices for many dishes to increase the taste, or used to manufacture chili powder.
The product is dried. The storage time is much longer than the fresh one, easy to store.
